Inspired

Hi everyone... I hope you are enjoying this weekend..
A few days ago Beverly of  Bee Haven Acres  posted a few beautiful photos she took of her sunrise.. They were breathtaking..  You may view them by clicking her blog name above.
It was my wish to   capture even a small piece of the beauty...This is my rendition , with her permission....
Acrylic on a  8x10" wrapped canvas ... I hope you enjoy.. and please drop in and say hello to Beverly.

Wishing you all a blessed Sunday and a enjoyable week ahead..
blessings,
Penny

  1. PENNY! My goodness, another strike of your hands and we now have an everlasting sunrise; I wish a sunrise or sunset could last forever. These two moments of the day have to be my favorite....where all secrets of the garden are revealed. You captured this perfectly, the colors FABULOUS and perfect to bring a white wall to life! BRAVO!!!!!!!

  11. Thank you all for coming over for a visit, and leaving such kind thoughts..
I have been busy lately in the garden, household projects and one special art project I am working on.

I am blessed to have such beautiful weather here.. For those of you who are still enduring that horrid cold, may spring come your way soon.

  16. Oh this is so pretty, Penny. I actually love the sunrises more than the sunsets. There's just something about sipping on my hot coffee early in the morning and watching one of God's beautiful sunrises come up. It takes my breath away.

I am heading over to your friend's blog now. I just love nature at its finest.

    Have wonderful week.

    love, ~Sheri

  20. Penny! How did I miss this? It's beautiful, just like Beverly'ls farm. I have no talent for acrylic, but you are good in so many mediums. My gosh, I haven't heard the theme from Romeo and Juliet for a very long time, Now I want to watch the movie.

  21. Hi Penny,
Thank you again for your glowing compliments!! But I must admit to being a perfectionist in some things - painting is one.
I am happy that you like Voodoo's progress so far. I hope to capture that imposing nobility, and also some of his goofiness. :)
