Please meet Daisy Needle felted skunk

Hello everyone.  Please let me introduce you to Daisy.  She has been needle felted in wool, over a wire armature.  On this particular piece I have hand sculpted her little feet with polymer clay.
She has black glass bead eyes.  I have included a few photos of her WIP.

Daisy stands 5 1/2" tall and is 11" in length to the tip of her tail.  I hope she gives you a smile.
Now available on ebay.
Wishing you all a beautiful weekend.
blessings,
Penny

The Princess and the Pea

Hello dear friends

Picking up my clay once again.   I have been looking forward to creating this set for some time.
It has been so long since I have sculpted with polymer clay I was not sure if I could achieve the results I saw in my minds eye.  I have to say I am pleased with the results..

She stands 5 inches tall,  her nightgown is muslin, hand sewn.  I used heat set paints for her details and hand set wool for her hair.

Her bed is balsa wood, designed, cut and assembled by me..
Hand painted in moss green white and a touch of gold. Embellished with plaster cloth and a silver crown atop.  Her puffy quilts were hand sewn and filled with poly fill.  I love the tiny calico prints..   I also made her tiny ladder.
I hope you enjoyed viewing her..  She is available on ebay.
Thank you so much for taking time to visit.

Wishing you all a beautiful weekend.. I will be huddled up, as we have a big storm coming our way. Weather report is 4 inches in two days.  For California, we have had quite a bit of rain lately.  This is a good thing.   I will say my roses are trying to recover..  Oh happy day!

Bed is 7 1/2" tall  and 7" in length

Princess is 5" tall

I was so focused on her when sculpting that I forgot to take WIP photos, but did take a few of the bed in progress.

Thank you dear Ilona for the reminder.  I can't believe I forgot the PEA! LOL
There it is!

Three Little Pigs Completed

Here they are... All working hard on the brick house..  After waiting for more bricks, having their supervisor sick for weeks (me),  we are all better and finished.   This was really fun to work on..  I thought a wheelbarrow was in order, so I designed and  cut one from balsa wood... Pig's trowel was hand sculpted in polymer clay.. The base is wood covered in faux moss.

It was never my intention to build the entire house, but to show how hard they worked in building it.   So this is the finished display.

I hope you enjoyed viewing, and thank you so much for taking time to stop in.
Blessings,
Penny

More bricks please
I want to know why you are just standing there and I am holding this wheelbarrow?

Ok. Hand me a brick..  Things come together when we all work together..
