Grey Bird Ornament Feathered Fantasy

I have set everything down the past several days but wanted to share with you another needle felted bird.. I have a few things on my table waiting for me to return.. With this little bird I have added a beaded crown and glittered wound wool threads to the back.. Note to self.... When needle felting, make sure you take a break every so often and rest the wrist... You know how you can become so focused on something you are working on? Sometimes I forget to stop and take a break..

Fall is coming soon, I hope... I am ready for some cool weather... I love the scent of the air in the fall... Thank you for taking time to stop in.

I hope you enjoy viewing..
Love and blessings,

Penny

Feathered Fantasy with love

Hello everyone... I have been watching the little birds in the mornings, fluttering in and out of the shade tree.. It has inspired me to pick up my wool and needle felt bird ornaments... I often wonder what these wee creatures are talking about as they sing their beautiful songs... I hope you enjoy viewing. Thank you all for your constant support and beautiful thoughts left here for me.

I am not on the computer as much as I would like, and my visits have been few as of late.. Just trying to extend the life of my ol computer by visiting once a week for a while...

If you would like to visit my auction you may find it here.

Wishing all a beautiful weekend.

Please meet Honey bear

This little fellow has been lovingly needle felted with merino wool.. Oh yes, his honey pot also.. Although I would still consider him to be a miniature bear, he is much larger than my previous little bears.. He 5 1/4" in his seated position.. Total height is 8 inches.. I hope you enjoyed meeting Honey Bear.

I love my pot of honey

I filled it up with glee

If you wander past me

I will share with thee.

The bees were oh so kind

Take all you need they said

I will give myself a treat

Before I go to bed.

Love,

Honey bear

Please meet Eloise the bear

It all started here... Eloise was lovingly needle felted with Sophia's beautiful dark wool, sent to me from the Mistress of the Manor, Jeri Landers of Hopalong Hollow Gazette .... Along with one of her amazing books... Artist, Author and Illustrator... and a delightful and kind hearted woman... My heartfelt thanks to Sophia for the softest wool I have touched, and Jeri for her kindness. Eloise is a little over 3 inches tall in her seated position... I have fashioned her clothes from pink felt..

If you would like to visit Eloise on ebay you may find her here .

Wishing you all a wonderful week ahead...

Blessings,

Penny and Eloise
