 I have finished her romper and reworked her hair.  I also gave her a little needle felted friend to hold.  I hope you enjoy. She is available now on Ebay.

WIP Doll Inspired

Hello dear friends..

This little girl has been on and off my table for some time.(Inspired by our dear Lily).   I thought I would try painting the eyes this time instead of glass eyes.  What do you think?  I am pleased with them..

Armature in the arms and torso only..  She will be in a fixed sitting position.

I have to admit that the feet and hands are my least favorite portion to felt..  So very time consuming and tedious.

 I ended up making another set of hands.  These were not right.

Legs now attached

I think I should have used Merino wool for her hair.  I may change it.

She is all put together.  A few adjustments,   then fashion her a dress.
