I was so inspired by Anita's post at Castles Crowns and Cottages I just had to make my first attempt at a sketch of Audrey Hepburn. Anita is taking us on a virtual and very inspirational tour of Rome this week. I hope you will all take a moment and stop in... Then we are almost there.. June 8th, Paris! Bebe is so excited about traveling to Paris with me on the 8th... I am really looking forward to seeing all the beautiful images from everyone who will be attending... This is how we travel... via web....

See what a layover before we get to our destination can do? You stopped to take a breath and you sketched. Her eyes are just stunning and the texture of her hair and the net on her hat!!!!! I CANNOT DO THAT!!!!!! This summer, I want so badly to use my time to illustrate at least some cards and continue producing magical things. Now that WOULD be a challenge for her features are so distinct and sharp. That is wonderful however, as you are attempting this.
