Today we had much needed rain. Zoe is so funny, she will not go out in the rain, only when it sprinkles so she waits. She will run out, look up, then look at me and run back in. My little Jasper use to love going out in the rain.
Wishing you all a beautiful week.

PENNY! Good morning my dear, dear friend! I am delighted to see yet another post from you! Isn't it challenging yet FUN, to get back in the seat of creativity? I always love what you do and your method not only of illustrating but of creating a tone, a softness is your signature mark. I love how you softened her face - she seems to be lifted from the background and the image almost looks 3D. How you do that, I don't know, but I love her.
ReplyDeleteYou have such a gift for creating faces and eyes that take us into the soul. That's a gift.
ReplyDeleteOh, how I missed your blog posts, dear Penny, now we are even treated to another one :)!! Your drawings always touch my creative soul, you are so good at this. You're a very talented lady. Love to read about your doggies, every doggie has his/her own character, isn't it? ;)
ReplyDeleteStay safe, take care, dear Penny, blessings.
Have a lovely weekend,
Ilona
