Mary looks lovely, Penny. I always see a little of myself in many of your drawings. Wow, you're getting hail! We had a snowfall this morning, and it was a big one. I'm enjoying getting to know my way around in the mountains. : )
PENNY! Good afternoon mon amie! I had checked my blog roll this morning and didn't see your new post and I just saw my blog...you visited! Thank you! Well first of all, Marie is gorgeous. Her windswept hair is appropriate for this WILD month of wind, rain, hail and snow for us! We too had sunshine and 55 degrees on Saturday and we had hail on Friday. Today?Snow. But the daffodils are standing strong. Hugs to you beloved friend!
Mary looks gorgeous, her clear eyes really 'speak to me', Penny. Here, in The Netherlands, we now have the same sort of weather. Stay safe, take care, dear Penny. Blessings. Hugs, Ilona
Ah Penny I love your Mary. Perhaps she looks a bit bewildered...don't we all at times? :) Spring here is always teasing us. Weds. 62 degrees...yesterday in the forties windy and blustery...today 50 with a nip in the air but sunny. Hope you have a wonderful weekend. Hugs!
PENNY! Good morning! Oh this is so fun again to see you visit my blog as well as continue to post again! So, you'd fly away to Tuscany.....yes, I will join you! Imagine? What a glorious place to just explore, EAT and you could paint and I would take photos. Bliss.
Penny, I wanted to get back to you on your question.......I find a little of myself in your drawings because the women are sweet, but always look a bit mysterious to me. There is a soft side, but the eyes indicate that she guards her heart too. I just think they are beautiful paintings, and I look forward to seeing more. You have such a talent, Penny.
Dearest Penny, good morning! Thank you again for coming to visit my recent post; I'm trying to get as many posts in as I can before I slow the pace down over the summer. It's been such a joy to see you there!
