Today I was gazing out the kitchen window while doing dishes... What popped into my head? This image below.. I have no idea why... I was watching the rabbits play, not a mouse in sight.
So your guess is as good as mine... But I must say it was enjoyable sketching this.
I hope you enjoy.
Have a wonderful weekend!
blessings, Penny

Oh Penny.....I KNEW IT! I knew you'd get inspired by just thinking, meditating, resting....this is what happens when we STOP and have a moment to let the muse come into our minds. THIS IS DARLING! She makes me think of Cinderella!!!! Well, this little darling princess and her sweet mouse friend could inspire a load of stories!!!!!! I LOVE HER! Back for more in a minute....
ReplyDeleteAnd did you enjoy the music from Cinderella?
DeleteYes, it has inspired a little story in my mind. So happy you enjoyed. Thank you dear friend!
It's a wonderful thing to go from imagination to paper, so that all can see what is going on in your mind.Your mind was full of something peaceful and endearing, she is lovely. My gosh, I was just holding a mouse in MY hand too! Well, maybe not a real mouse.....
ReplyDeleteHow very sweet of you Jeri... Thank you so much!
Deleteahhhh... Are you creating little moussies?
Now this is a splendid drawing, a beautiful Celtic girl with a mouse, totally precious Penny.

DeletePenny, yesss, mousey times are these, ha?? ;))
ReplyDeleteI would like to see you drawing a dark fairy, a wild one. One day, you might like doing this? What do you think?
She would add to the others?
Just an idea.. Beautiful Penny, let the pencil glow ;)),Huuugs from Méa
What a great idea, Mea! I am working on it.
DeleteShe's lovely, Penny! Don't you just love it when an idea to sketch comes into your head and you just have to get busy and create it? :)
ReplyDeleteThank you for your sweet words over at my little blog. I feel your love filling my heart.
Hugs,
Lin
Hello dear Lin,
ReplyDeleteI hope she gave you a little smile.
I will be holding you in my thoughts and prayers.

Thank you Victoria!
DeleteWishing you a beautiful week.
The princess seems amused by the playful mouse.
ReplyDeleteLovely sketch.
Jody
Dear Penny isn't it strange how our different muses stop to visit. This is absolutely so sweet. With the mouse looking up and the princess looking down makes one think there is a conversation going on. Hmm wonder what they might be discussing? ?
ReplyDeletePenny, what a wonderful idea for a sketch. Love your little mouse and his princess!
ReplyDeleteAnd thank you so much for your kind compliments on my latest works. I am creeping along slowly with the tugs in the fog - don't want to lose that fragile softness of the fog.

Penny, I'll tell you a secret.......I have a dreadful fear of mice, Yikes! But your sketching is so delightful, and this little mouse doesn't scare me. Princess looks very lovely too. I really do love your drawings, Penny.
ReplyDeleteHave a blessed week.
love, ~Sheri
