Violet is ready for Halloween and Christmas

Hello, my name is Violet.  I am all dressed and ready for the Halloween party.
Mum made my skirt with orange wired ribbon.. My witch hat is metal with ribbon weaved in.

I love purple, so Mum needle felted me a nice comfy
chair to rest in.

And also a pumpkin for me to take to the party.

When we have tricked our last treat,  I can now put on my
pretty hand beaded skirt and crown for the Christmas season.. Mum hand stitched my skirts.
My tiny lavender shoes stay on.

She gave me this key to hold and said not to misplace it.

I don't really know what it is for, but I will hold it tight.
Wishing you all a magical Halloween!

Hello dear friends...  I needle felted this chair a while back.. It was waiting for the right little one.
Violet and chair were lovingly needle felted...  I hope she gave you a smile.
She is available on Ebay, and should arrive before Halloween.

Wishing you all a beautiful week... Thank you so much for coming over to meet
Violet.

  2. Penny, you've done it again! Miss Violet is utterly adorable ... truly a mouse for all seasons! [and all holidays]
I thank you so much for your glowing compliment on the grey pony - he was a very sweet old gentleman, and I think I portrayed that in his portrait.
Poured watercolor is a blast! The important thing is to get a very good, clear value sketch and be careful with your masking. After that, it is all splashing paint!!! :)

  4. Penny,
Violet is such a little cutie. I love her beaded skirt and crown for Christmas, and that little key is darling. Violet holds a place in my heart, as Purple is my favorite color, and the Purple chair she sits on is just right for her. I love the name that you chose for her too, Penny. Violet is wonderful.

I had to come by for a smile before I go out into that work force where some people don't believe in little mice who can talk, walk, knit, and just make the world brighter. MUCH LOVE to you and all of mum's creations! XOXOX

  26. Hello sweet friend! I am smiling from ear to ear! Violet is precious! I have two of your sweet girls, as you know, and every one has a unique, and sweet little face! All are different, although similar. Now that takes talent, to create each little Mousie with her very own unique sweet face. Violet has full cheecks, it makes her so endearing. I have made a pact with myself..more blogging, more blogging... haha Miss you, so glad I stopped in to see your sweet little girl! Much Love, Christel
