Happy Holidays from Zoe.. Picked her up from the groomers and she had a christmas collar on.. A sweet gift from Vicky, her groomer.. A lovely woman with ALOT of patience.. Zoe is a good girl but when she gets tired she just lays down.

ReplyDeleteOOHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH WHAT A SURPRISE!!!! Santa Baby, Zoe has been a GOOD LITTLE GIRL, even though she wants to do things her way at the groomers! Oh my goodness, isn't she the cutest little chocolate poodle ever? Penny, her collar! What a kind woman Vicki is. I just know she adores Zoe and SIR JASPERLOT! He is the poster child for the Vet's office, anyway!

Tea Rat is happy as is, he just wishes he could gather all the Nowhere friends under one roof....sweet Bebe and everyone. Please give that little Zoe girl a squeeze for me! Does her little collar JINGLE? teehee....
Seeing Zoe this morning makes me think of my childhood Penny. My first was a poodle and his name was Danny Boy after the song. My mom loved that song. At the end of his little life, Danny Boy was such a grump and I was the only one he would allow close to him and I was only about 4 at that time. Even my parents couldn't get near him.
ReplyDeleteThen came Toe-Po and he was named after the little mouse on the Ed Sullivan show. Both Danny Boy and Toe-Po were soft cream color. Toe-Po was my all time favorite poodle.
Then I had a black one named Shawnee, my mom named him an he had very little to do with me, everything to do with my mom.
Then came Gi-Joe who was cream colored and he loved to ride in the motorhome. He was a bit of a goof and always little kid poodle at heart.
Then we had Harley, he was black and white and he was stolen from our yard by the mean neighbor next door. It's a horrible story...I won't go on but Harley was my kids poodle and we loved him so.
And that the end of my poodle story...oh yeah, I have a vintage poodle bathroom. Zoe would fit right in.

I love this song...and it's really simple to put it on the sidebar. After you push the "share" button...push "embed"...it will give you the html code, and you can just add it to your layout.
Looks like this is our only musical option right now, but I am grateful that we have that, at least! :))

ReplyDeleteAwwww such a lovely photo. Just love coming here to see your darling poodles. The other day someone looked at my Phoebe and said she was a "Frodle" A dog with a "fro" and a "poodle" I thought that was so cute!

ReplyDeleteZoe is adorable! Our dogs both went to a groomer last week, and I have been diligent since then keeping their long hair unmatted.
ReplyDeleteI wrote a note to the groomer saying they are used to laying down for grooming at home, just in case they didn't cooperate!
Isn't it the best, being owned by dogs?

Penny....she looks so festive!!! Don't you just wish they would stay that way! LOL We have a schnauzer and it seems like she is always needing a trim. Zoe is very sweet! ;-)
