Back to the clay... Please meet Musetta and Miette

Please meet Musetta... A wee mouse, sculpted in polymer clay... Her fur has been cut and hand applied tiny pieces at a time..  She measures 2 3/4" tall..
I am making a few Holiday mice, then I want to get back to my needle felting.
She is available on ebay

Then we have dear little Miette... She is also sculpted in polymer clay, with fur hand applied...  Oh what fun I had creating these two wee mice.   Miette is available in my etsy shop .. You will find the link on my sidebar.
Thank you so much for coming over to meet them..  Wishing you all a beautiful weekend..
Love and blessings,
Penny

Penny, thanks for your comment on my mermaid-problem! It is a wonderful idea to put the scene inside a seashell! If I should get my hand on a suitable one I might give it a try :-)

  13. Penny, lovely music. You would have enjoyed the entertainment at the last art festival we did, A gentleman with a velvet voice sang French songs for 2 days within hearing distance of our booth. The melodies are still playing in my head.
Itty bitty mousies with chubby tum tums, playing in a cup, adorable!
Thanks for veiwing my movie again!!

  16. Oh my gosh! I love the little pink tummies! These are both really sweet and I have to admit, I'm intrigued by the addition of wool to polymer clay. I'll bet that a real labour-intensive job, cutting it up and layering it. You must have some real patience!

  17. AWWW Penny, they are BOTH just perfect! I truly wish I could make such an adorable wee mouse! Every one you have created, whether it be sculpted, or felted, have that special little magic, only you can bring! Love them Penny! Thank you also for visiting me today! I actually posted again after you had visited, I am so sorry I am not showing up on your blog list, I wish I knew what to do. Andy has had some better days lately, and seen yet two more Dr.s since we last talked, but we are still "maintaining" as best we know how. Thank you for the love and prayers, it means so much! xoxox Christel
