I hope you enjoy viewing Bella.. She is my fourth needle felted creation. She is 5" tall in seated position..I have not done a lot of needle felting, but I really enjoyed myself.. I think I will pick up my needles more often... practice, practice practice... I could not help myself, I just had to make her a little TUTU and a vest... They are removable... PENNY!!! SHE MADE IT TO THE BIG STAGE!!!! I LOVE THE VEST! Whew....you really worked hard on BELLA and she is so sweet. Whoever gets her will squeal with delight, because I know that she is soft and furry, pretty and cute as a button. I LOVE THAT VEST!!! And I was intrigued on my lunch break as I watched those magic hands manipulate that felt needle project. I was unable to finish watching it, for my students were charging in! But it looked like a RAT in the making!!!! NOW YOU HAVE ME VERY EXCITED TO START AT LEAST the wet felting with Olivia! I have to grab my wool from sweet Amy at THIS WONDROUS PLACE THIS FAIRY SPACE...I must make a flower for sure. Ahhhhh.....you are my dear, dear friend. It was a special treat to hear your voice twice this week. We laughed, we just chattered on. And I feel as if I know Bella!!!

I got a bit fed up with a student who after THREE requests to get in line, just out right defied me. I don't tolerate that. I must be like my mom! She was kind and always smiling, but DON'T CROSS MAMA!!! WOOOOO did I learn my lessons early on. Well this little tyke saw a side of me that he probably never knew was there! Oh Penny, Bella is Beautiful - and so well named! :) Actually, you know my little cat reminds me a lot of your creations - (especially the first one in this posting of Edward this week!) And as with Edward I totally expect your dolls to move on their own and peek out from a bag or from the side of a door too! They are just so sweet! She is a doggone cutie. Needle felting is something I have wanted to try. I have all the felt I could ever need, what with my three sheep. The felt is easy to make from newly shorn wool. If you want to make some wonderful felt, let me know and next time I shear, I will send you some "Beatrix" wool!

Penny, We shear in May and I am going to send you the most BEAUTIFUL curly silvery black wool from Sophia and some nice off-white wool from Beatrix. You will love the scent of the wool, with the lanolin, and it is so easy to turn to felt. You just wash it in very hot water in the washing machine. Jeri

Oh precious one, how I am so grateful for your friendship; thank you for coming to visit my post today. I couldn't bring myself to post on something fun and frilly today.
