Amazing what you can find in a bag of rose scented potpourri... A HAT for Bebe! I really enjoyed creating her.. She is sculpted in fimo, heat set oils for her dress and hand applied light tan fur.. I added a little sparkle the edge of her sculpted dress and on her shoes. Her little purse is hand made from felt with a little heart attached. She stands 2 1/4" tall.

ReplyDeleteOh my gosh sweetie what a Valentine of Love you have created this time. Each one just gets better and better. I love her little purse with the decorated heart. You don't miss a beat. I really enjoyed seeing the sweeps in her little pink dress. Oh how elegant she is. Just gorgeous. Her hat is the perfect touch for her ensemble. She is outfitted to a "T". I love her little face. She is exquisite.
The artistic talents that you have sweet one are so wonderful. My gosh, I just cannot believe how detail oriented you are. A true artist and such a pleasure to say I actually own one of your beautiful sculptured friends. I will cherish it always.

You have the ability to capture the illustrated, second dimension into the THIRD DIMENSION with EXACT AND PERFECT PRECISION PENNY! O.K., I am coveting this Bebe....her little head is perfectly and exactly TO THE SCALE AND SHAPE AS THE BEBE on paper. I am going to bed with a huge smile on my face. ReplyDeleteWell, I must add to the mix of your moussie admirers. I know a certain little aviator mouse who would love to take Bebe for a twirl around the dance floor. His name is Manny and you can see him on my Slideshow at Elven Slippers. An aviator without a Poot Poot! He uses little faerie wings instead. Next to Bebe, he is my most favortie mouse. They would make a handsome pair, I think.
My oh my...Bebe's affection is quite in demand these days. Her head must be spinning, along with her lovely pink skirt...a grand situation to be in, for sure!

PENNY!!!!! WOOOO, that Bebe can swing! She wouldn't stop dancing! She reminds me of a certain young girl, with long black hair and dancin' legs....hmmmmm, ME 35 years ago! Hey, I can still shake it pretty good, but little Bebe had such a long list on her dance card last night! Oh precious, what a day, but we had our tea and today we will be at it again. I am needing a break from the weekend now, but things are looking so wonderful around here! You should have seen all the beautiful things that Violet sent me. You know me with my photography skills...the pics on my post were pics she took of the gifts before sending them! Included in the box were scraps of GORGEOUS papers, trinkets for crafting and other magnificent items. Oh all of you dear friends are so crafty! And this Bebe, sheesh she is cute as a button, but she is growing up into a DIVINE Miss B. now! Miss M. will have to show her how to fend off male RATS like Tea who lose their heads at times!!!!! Tea Rat just would not stop going on about how Bebe looked..he is a SMOOTH OPERATOR indeed.
