This little guy above has the same look I get sometimes when I am in deep thought. heee...Tillie the owl (at the top) would like you to meet some of her friends...
I have been working on a few outside projects lately and have not spent much time in my studio.. Trying to finish outside before the heat hits.. I thought I would share some photos of my miniature sculptures from long ago.. With the exception of Tillie, they were all about 2" tall. As you can see I went a little nuts with the primates.. These are only a few. They were created several years ago and are all sold.. Some quite silly, but I had alot of fun creating. I hope you enjoyed viewing. Thank you for visiting and have a good week. Blessings to all. Penny
PENNY DEAREST!!! These are all fantastic! I would have never thought of the primates, and you captured them so sweetly! Tillie! what a hoot! EEHEHHEEEEEE! I hope your outside project is almost done...the heat has turned up high out here with humidity quite unsettling. I love that little white creature in the first photo as well with the handbag! Oh, another cutie like our Bebe? Charming, just charming I tell you!!!

Dear Penny, how adorable are these? My daughter just loves Owls! This girl..(20) has a 7' tall resin owl super glued to the dash of her Nissan Pathfinder! haha silly huh? When I saw the owl, it reminded me of the one she has! I love the little raccoon, so true to life. We have a nice fat one who eats from our garbage cans! We have tried everything to keep him out, but he has grown very strong! Love the all the apes! So cute Penny! Thank you for sharing these with us, it is always a pleasure to see what you have created. Have a great day, XOXO Christel
ReplyDeletePenny, Looks like you are having as much fun as I am. I like the little raccoon best. He looks as if he's doing something he shouldn't, and he knows it! Very sneaky-like.
ReplyDeleteDear Anita
ReplyDeleteThank you so much... I thought you would get a kick out of Tillie. I am finishing up outside.
Bisous, Penny
Hi Christel
ReplyDeleteThank you for visiting and your kind words.
Oh your daughter must love owls... The raccoon was really fun to create.. I have sculpted many primates over the years, some as you can see, very silly.
Enjoy your evening

Penny my sweet! Oh, how are you love? Thank you for coming by for another visit....I so love seeing you every day...OH! WHAT HEAT WE HAD YESTERDAY! 93 DEGREES here in Minneapolis in mid-May? Something is weird. And the humidity was making my children listless, but then at the end of the day, they became crazy....the boys wanting to construct hurdles in the classroom and then hopping like rabbits!!!! Only 13 days left...praise heaven....
ReplyDeleteI so want to see the bathroom dearest...what color is it?
Back in a jiffy throughout the day, Anita

How cute they all are!!! I love the artiste but that Gorilla weekly!! is just way too funny, you have a wonderful imagination. I hear you about outside projects We have been at it everyday -lucky if there is a day to steel away a few hours to paint. Hopefully in a week we will be caught up.Sincerely Jonny
ReplyDeleteWhat sweet creatures you have created!! I love them all!! You have captured their personalities, and there could be a story behind everyone of them.
ReplyDeleteWhat a pleasure to see some of your sweet past creations, Penny! Me too, Dessa Rae...I love them all!!
ReplyDeleteAnd maybe you could send a little sun our way. Can you believe, we had a hail storm last week and rain ever since. Our garden is one big mud puddle.
Always a joy to visit and say hello...love, Rose
