Red Rose

After the rain, the roses said thank you!... The buds on this old red rose really opened up.
I have just two red roses,   An old french rose in the back yard, and one on the side of the house. This one... It was here when we bought the house.

My Bonica Miniature  roses are starting to bloom.

Enjoy your weekend!

  15. Penny, your roses never fail to empress, year after year I look forward to your fence lined up with blooming beauty.
As for the red roses, they really are beautiful, they cascade like a boquet red.
I see the start of you pruning away, and the vases filled about your home bountifully.

It's just not a garden without a rose or two :)

  17. Oh, your red roses just made my day, Penny. Now, is this the French rose bush, or one on the side of the house? It's so pretty. And I love the color of your Pink miniature roses. After pruning mine, they haven't started to bloom yet, I'm still waiting.

Have a beautiful weekend with your roses, Penny.
