Le chef pâtissie

Come in, sit awhile and try my peanut souffle, won't you?

Please meet my little  Le chef pâtissie...  he was created before Christmas...  Loving needle felted in beautiful sulfolk sheep wool.  He has glass bead eyes, and hand stitched cotton apron and Chef's hat..  Platter and peanut souffle has been needle felted.  We had quite the conversation along the way.. He was a joy to work with.  I hope he gives you a smile... Now available on ebay.
He measures 6  1/2" tall to the top of his Chef hat.

Wishing you all a beautiful weekend... I have been crocheting little purses for children... I hope to share soon..

  5. Penny oh my gosh - Le chef Pâtissie is adorable and he comes with a book too. He's makes me smile... One of my Christmas gifts from John was a 24x24 inch Sugarboo pillow wirh an elephant with a Derby hat patch over his head.
I am going to attempt to go through photos of Max soon and send them to you for my little request.
Your little elephant is such a charmer, you amaze me with your beautiful creations.

  6. Aahh, he's so cute, Penny. His long trunk and rosy puffy cheeks makes him even more adorable. I have a soft spot for chefs because at one time my son was interested in culinary arts. He still cooks for us every now and then. :)

Love that little chef hat hehehe.

  17. Penny, I'm glad that Martha Ellen stopped by. She's such a lovely gal. And I'm sure she has lots of questions now that she's learning to needle felt. And I thought, "who better to help her with it than You."

Have a very nice week, Penny. Hello there Le chef pâtissie.

    love, ~Sheri

  20. Penny,
I've been sitting here listening to your delightful Parisian music, its put me in a very relaxed mindset. Loving this elephant chef, too cute maybe he cooks lots of Thai and garnishes with peanuts.
Thanks for your visit, Alfred was created as a caricature of my brief but endearing memory of him.
    Sending love,
