The Mouse Peddler " Milo "

Hello dear friends.
Everyone is getting ready for Halloween, and so is this wee Mouse Peddler, Milo.... He has a wagon full of candy corn, and will be strolling down the road...
Lovingly needle felted,  he stands 1 3/4" tall.   I created his wagon with toothpicks, glass beads and wool.. The wheels are needled felted... Candy corn was also felted..
I hope you enjoyed viewing..
blessings,
Penny

  7. Oh dear, wait! WAIT MR. MILO! I need to find my nickle and dimes; I want to buy some kernels for me and Rattus! Oh how we love candy corn!!!!!!

MY GOODNESS woman, does your creative and joyful spirit have limits? I think NOT! Sweet and tiny and precious is Milo and his candy corn! WHO WOULD HAVE THOUGHT????? And that cart? What a brilliant idea...you remind me of my dad who could take anything from his garage and make MAGIC. Penny, this is outstanding. His little cart is so precious. He would be a perfect theatre mouse for a little show. How I miss NOWHERE.....

YOU have started my morning off with the smile and HOPE that I need to go in and be who I truly am. LOVE YOU!

  8. How teeny tiny he is, how do you do that? Now that I realize how much work goes into these little critters, I fully appreciate his minute size. And to make all the candy corn too??! I used to hate candy corn as a kid, tossed it out of my Halloween bag. But now I love to eat it, how things change with age...

  13. Oh Hello Penny!!
I love Milo!! He reminds me of an adorable house guest we had a couple of years ago..lol
His name was Lucky, because every trap we put out he outsmarted..finally we purchased a live trap and captured him that way.. We let him go way out in the country and watched him scamper away.
    Maybe Milo knows him...lol
Your little mouse is so adorable!! I love his eyes!!
His body language is so realistic!!
Hope you are having a wonderful week!!

  20. Oh my, it sounds like the weather is still very hot there. Not as hot here, but it's a bit warm during the day. We have a cool breeze in the mornings, and it even rained recently. I'm just waiting for the weather to stay cool all day long. Thanks for stopping by, Penny.
