The last tenant in the Chateau

Pleased to meet you,  my name is Mitzi..

The room is lovely,  thank you for holding it for me.. I will have my bags sent right away..

If you would like to come up I will light the way for you...
It is a bit dark in the Chateau.. One can never have enough candles.. No?

Well Ladies,   Jeri of Hopalong Hollow mentioned that it may be a bit dark in the Chateau,
So I asked  Mitzi  if she would bring a candle  along... She was more than happy to do so.
Thank you Jeri!  Great idea.

  5. That's a very good idea of Jeri, thinking about some light in the dark Chateau :)! Mitzi looks so adorable there leaning out of the window with the candle. I think that nobody has to be afraid anymore for visiting the Chateau :D! Your needle felted creations are wonderful, Penny.

  7. I AM LAUGHING MY HEAD OFF because I have lost myself in the world of mice, mice who have an expression that pulls you in and makes you forget that you are a peep. I feel about 3 inches small (A GOOD THING!) and I am right there with them. Now, do you take RAT tenants? Tea Rat is very interesting in renting a room. However, if you Miss Gabriella feel that rats would be a disturbance, we understand - we are a bit larger than mice folk, so we may not fit!

I am laughing and the brilliance of your staging...the way Gabriella is looking UP and the way Mitzi is looking DOWN....teeehehheeeee...the perfect stances. And that candle....OK MISS JERI, your brilliance coupled with Penny's brilliance shines like this candle. What a darling piece, Penny. I can't get over your staging....precious as can be, perfect for a story out of Nowhere...

  9. Mitzi is one cute mouse! Hope it's a battery operated candle light! I'm with Anita, I sometimes think I'm 3 inches tall playing with my adorable needle felted mice you created for me. Imagination sparks the feelings of blissful play. Penny your mice, the chateau all so fun!

  12. Nice to meet you, Mitzi. She is so cute, Penny, and I first noticed her sweet pink outfit, and that candle hehehe. All three of them together - oh, this is so darling. And Gabriella looking up at Mitzi is precious. You have a good heart, Penny, and your creations tell us that.

  13. teeeheee....I just saw your comment over at Castles...teeeehehe...well, Tea Rat IS interested but now he is SOOOOO much in a daze. We just saw Jeri's mice and talk about "So many mice, so little time..." Tea Rat's heart is jumping up and down with crushes galore. He totally loves Gabriella. He says, "What a mouse. I bet she can cook and clean like no one's business." Then there's Mitzi....a female with a candle burning bright on both ends means progress! And then those beauties with the bonnets over at Jeri's...dang, what is a rat to do but rent a room at this château and take a break! teehehheeee

OH THE FUN has begun. Back later my friend!

  15. Oh Penny such a delight to see your visit at my place, I think of all your roses now starting to bloom away!
Your boot is taking on more mice I see, and how charming is that,,,, perhaps they will grow in numbers with mice everywhere, it would be such a sight as it is now!

I hope your warmer days are encouraging some outdoors for you, and all the little finds that inspire your art.

    See you soon beautiful
