After so many years and many miles apart, my dear sister has retired and moved back to California.. I truly have been blessed... We are not only in the same state, but we can walk down the street and have a cup of coffee with each other.. This move could not have come at a better time in my life... We can talk, catch up, laugh and just enjoy... We have so much in common and we are already taking a ceramics class at the local college together. She is a wonderful Artist, working in oils, acrylics and sculptures. She is working on a piece now and when finished I would love to share with you..
I found this old black and white photo of us and I wanted to share with all of you... I am the goofy one on the left...
Thank you for visiting.... Blessings to all... Penny
Wonderful and very sweet picture..Isn't it great to have a sister. I wish you both joy and laughter:)))

Penny dearest...what a lovely picture! And how perfect that your sister is now close to you. I am so happy for you!!! And you are taking a ceramics class together? YOU ARE SOME ARTIST PENNY! And we would love to see your sister's art, FOR SURE! And I forgot to comment on your new little girl that is making her début....hmmmmm.....a French name for a Can Can....I know you can say, "Le Can Can" or if I want to be whimsical, I can say, "Le Frou Frou" (The Ruffles) or "Le Chou Chou" (The little cabbage)!!! Did you see that Tea Rat peddling PG TIPS!!! There will be more of these words from our sponsor, but Miss Moussie's traveling show will be coming down to a local theatre near you (when I get my first act cut out)!
ReplyDeleteHave a laughter-filled day my sweet!
Bisous, Anita

Good morning angel heart! I am so glad that you liked the post. Your angels are masterpieces in my book, and I will cherish your friendship forever; I already have fond memories of our adventures in Nowhere, and each time they come to mind, I laugh with whole-hearted joy.
ReplyDeleteBISOUS! Anita
Dearest Penny! Yes, I believe Bebe is TOO YOUNG to be fraternizing in the PUB at Rabbit Hill, but she can certainly wait outside and we will serve her up a platter of cheese and biscuits! The law is the law, LA LOI, C'EST LA LOI! NO minors....but if it was up to me, I would allow her to come in and clink clink with a Shirley Temple in hand! Thank you for coming dearest...it took me about an hour to do all five pictures; I was busy today having fun, making a 3X4 version of my story. See my book blog to see what I did. How are you today? It looked like spring today...the robins, rabbits and dogs were out today; hmmmm, feels like Rabbit Hill to me!
