Please meet Joli … Fifi’s sister… She lives in Paris, underneath the Moulin Rouge.. Promptly at 9 pm she will put on her best dress , pull all of her hat boxes down and then comes the hard part.. What hat? A girl can never have to many hats.. But which one? No red or black for her.. Something simple yes? Must have a feather… And of course her dress must be white. All dressed and ready to go, Joli scurries out the door, down the hall , through the pipe and out to the stage… Please be seated and enjoy the music. It takes about a minute for the can can music to start.. If you care to visit her auction on ebay just click on her name. Auction closes Wednesday 3-17.. I hope you enjoy the show.
Details: She is 2 1/2" tall, clothes and hats handmade by me.. wood trunk, hand painted. Her can can skirt is not removable..... but she can change hats when ever she likes. Thank you for visiting.........Blessings, Penny

This is THEEEEE CUTEST little Can-Can dancer that the stage has ever seen! Penny, what a delightful show; the theatre is buzzing with awe in JOLI! I love everything about her: her darling smile, her little feet, her hats, that trunk....when the curtain went up, I heard nothing but sighs....you know that I am making Miss Moussie's Travelin' Show, n'est-ce pas? Well Joli is JUST going to have to appear on the stage....Penny, you have the magic, the wit, the imagination to be a resident of Nowhere and YOU ARE A DELIGHT! She would look so beautiful on my dresser and I could take her out each day and allow her to travel with me on my blog. Oh how beautiful. I will throw in my bid and pray for the best. I smiled big tonight when I saw this wee little mouse creature dancing in the twilight. I know a nurse at work who's name is Joli and she is the smallest cutest nurse the world could ever imagine...I do believe mouse and nursey are kin sisters. You amazed me with your wee creatures with big personalities.

Penny my sweet! JASPER NEEDS THAT CROWN! How lovely of you to take a break to come see me today. I decided to post today because tomorrow night, my usual posting night, I will be visiting a friend for her birthday. Saturday, if weather permits, we are going to Stillwater for some antiquing! So, I posted on Sir Tristan! HEHEHE! He is just a glitter prince. Yes, I did make that faerie under glass! I have been working more on the travelin' show....preparing the theatre and the lights.
