Tattered heart Valentine print

Please listen to the music

I am offering a print of a sculpture I created a few years ago..  It measures 3 1/2" x 5" ready to frame,  and is available in my Etsy shop for Valentines day.  She was titled Tattered Heart... A little about her.
She was  sculpted of Cernit polymer clay, little green leaves as a head dress... Her details were hand painted with fine acrylics..  I really enjoyed making her clothes... I used cheese cloth that I dipped in raspberry tea... The result was a soft pink.
The watermark will not appear on  the  print..  Print is signed and dated on the back..

Love and blessings to you all.
Penny

  3. Raspberry tea stained? How perfectly delightful, especially for Valentine's.
It's always such a treat to visit with you, Penny. I save it for when I am not rushed. I just stopped by Irina's, who I like to visit unrushed as well, and I noticed your comment so of course I couldn't help but stop by here next. :)
    Loved the music too.
    XOXO's,

  4. Good morning my most darling angel....

The music, the tattered heart...all so perfect and a huge part of my schema. I have for years, been having this idea of a tattered tutu, set in Paris...one day I will bring the poem/story to light.

Your little petit ange here is so precious in her little raspberry pink frock, so gentle, so lovely. Oh my friend, you always bring a tear to my EYE!!!!!!!!!! Anita

  5. Love is sometimes tattered and worn and torn. She is very sweet and what a neat idea to sell the print! I'm sure someone special will relate and buy her up in a wink. She belongs with a very special someone!

Did you get my email about the music on my blog! It just appeared, out of NOWHERE....ha...I can't explain why it ever went nor why it ever came back!

The picture on my header on my blog was taken a couple of years ago at the doll museum in Bellevue Washington. Beyond any doll in the museum I loved these bears!

Thinking of you! I'm doing really really really good! Taking a happy look on life and I had a really good January. I'm so glad Shaun's surgery is all done and he is mending and just went back to work. Kara is building her Mary Kay business and they are hoping to have a baby and buy a home this year....that would make my heart so glad!

It's raining and it's pouring but I'm glowing...tee hee, how about you???

  15. PENNY! I love the way you dyed her garments. Who would've thought of raspberries, who, but an artist. A clever idea to reproduce her in a print. She appears soft and loving... just right for some ones Valentine.
