Latin Meaning of Bei is ~bringer of joy~ Which is what she gave me when I created her and hoped she would bring to someone one day...
When I saw that little bird pot I had to purchase it. I could see her taking a nap, knew just how I would pose her. What I really love to do is wander through antique shops to look for a ~perch~ as it were for my little wee mice..
I never look at an item in the way it was intended for use. I always look at everything as art. So that is how Bei came from my heart to my hands.
I would like to give a thank you to all of you for finding joy in Bei and wanting to bring her home.. I am honored and touched.
